RV park & campground website design

RV Park & Campground Website Design

A campground website has one job: turn someone browsing at 9pm into a reservation. We build custom RV park and campground websites that show your sites, rates, amenities and map clearly on a phone, then hand the guest straight to your booking system.

Normally $1,000 $500 one-time · domain included · no contract

What campers are looking for on your website

Almost every campground booking starts the same way — someone searching for a park near a destination, on a phone, comparing two or three options in a few minutes. They want to know four things fast: do you have a site that fits my rig, what does it cost, what's there, and how do I book it. If any of those take more than a few taps, they book somewhere else.

That's the whole design brief. Rates and site types where they can be scanned, a map that's legible without pinching, photos that look like the park actually looks, and a reservation button that follows the guest down every page. Everything else on the site supports those four answers.

What we build into an RV park website

Every park is different — a 40-site family campground and a 300-site resort need different structures. These are the pieces we most often build.

Sites and rates people can actually read

Back-in vs. pull-through, length limits, 30/50 amp, full hookup vs. water-and-electric, tent sites, cabins — laid out as a table campers can scan on a phone at a rest stop. Nightly, weekly and monthly rates with seasonal pricing shown clearly so you field fewer phone calls.

Campground maps

Your park map presented so it loads fast and zooms cleanly on a phone, with site numbers legible and loops labeled. We can pair the map with a site-type key so guests understand what they're reserving before they call.

Reservation and booking integration

We connect the reservation software you already use — Campspot, RoverPass, Newbook, Firefly, CampLife and most others — so the Book Now button hands off cleanly instead of dead-ending. No system yet? We can start with a request-a-reservation form that emails you.

Amenities that sell the stay

Bathhouses, laundry, pool, dog run, playground, Wi-Fi, propane, camp store, pickleball, fishing pond, event pavilion. Amenities are what make one park a destination and the next one a parking lot, so we give them real space instead of a buried bullet list.

Photo galleries

Sites, views, sunsets, the pool, the pavilion, the rig-friendly roads. We help with shot lists, crop and compress everything so galleries stay fast, and organize photos by area so guests can picture where they'll park.

Local attractions

Most campers pick a park for what's nearby. We build an area page for lakes, trails, state parks, wineries, festivals, ATV trails and the nearest town — which also helps you show up in searches for camping near those places.

Redesigning an existing campground website

Plenty of parks already have a website — it just hasn't been touched in years, breaks on phones, or was built inside a reservation platform's template that you can't really change. A redesign keeps what's working (your domain, your name, your reviews, your booking system) and rebuilds the presentation around it.

We keep your existing URL and email, migrate your photos and content, modernize the layout, and make sure nothing that was ranking in Google disappears in the move. If you have a reservation platform, we keep that integration intact.

Getting found, and staying online

Local and destination SEO

Page titles, descriptions and headings written around how campers actually search — RV park near a lake, campground with full hookups in your county, monthly RV sites in your town. We set up your Google Business Profile, add your park's location details, and make sure Google can crawl every page.

Mobile-friendly on real phones

Campers browse from the truck, the tow vehicle and the campsite next door with one bar of service. We build mobile-first, keep image weight down so pages load on weak signal, and make phone numbers and booking buttons tap-sized.

Contact and reservation buttons

Call, text, email, directions and Book Now within reach on every screen — including a sticky mobile action bar so a camper never has to scroll back up to reach you.

Hosting and ongoing website care

Optional monthly care plans cover hosting, maintenance, security monitoring and updates — handy when rates change each season, sites are added, or you want the new pavilion photos up this week. Plans are optional; the website is yours either way.
