These terms apply to website builds and optional website care plans from AD Website Design.
The custom website package is a one-time purchase. It includes design, layout, content setup, mobile optimization, and launch as described on our pricing section. You review the website and request changes before launch. Work outside the agreed scope — such as custom applications or additional large sections — may be quoted separately.
Demos are free and carry no obligation. A demo is a preview of a possible design and does not transfer ownership of any design assets until a build is purchased.
Care plans are optional monthly subscriptions and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. “Unlimited changes” on the Premium plan means reasonable changes to existing website content and does not include complete website redesigns, major new functionality, or unlimited new pages.
Once your build is paid in full, the website content and domain are yours. If you cancel a care plan, we will help you move your website to another host.
Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Build fees are due before launch. Care plan fees are billed monthly in advance.
