When you request a free demo we collect the details you submit: your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, and anything you tell us about what you'd like improved. If you purchase a website or a care plan, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor — we never store your card number.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your demo, deliver and support your website, and send you information related to your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers we rely on to run our business (hosting, email delivery, and payment processing).
Demo requests and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our records requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
